SHIPWRECK ‘BUSTER’

When big seas move the sand from the shore ‘Buster’ is revealed. This 310 tonne, 39 metre vessel had a very short life. Built in Nova Scotia in 1883 it was wrecked just 10 years later. Huge seas slammed it into the shore north of Woolgoolga.
